As-salaamu-alaikum and Ramadan Mubarak to everyone! It's been a while
since I've seen everyone, but Inshallah this blog will keep us a
little closer. I'm not really sure where I fall in the rotation, but
I figured today was as good a day as any other to post something.
The Prophet said: He who gives food for a fasting person to break his
fast, he will receive the same reward as him, except that nothing will
be reduced from the fasting persons reward." [Ahmad, at-Tirmidhee, Ibn
Maajah, Ibn Hibbaan, Saheeh].
Lets try to use this hadith during the days of Ramadan to host friends
and family for iftar, so that we can gain the love of Allah (swt), as
well as get to know our community better. Take care.
