Assalaamu alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuh,
May Allah allow us to draw nearer to him this Ramadhan. May He allow us to utilize this month to increase in iman and taqwa, and to feel the sweetness of ibadah for His sake alone. Aameen.
Ayah for the day:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الصِّيَامُ كَمَا كُتِبَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُون
"O you who believe! Fasting is prescribed for you as it was prescribed to those before you so that you may attain God consciousness" - (Al-Quran 2:183)
