Here is how we can automate this blog so that everything can be done just through email and it is easier for everyone. I would do these steps myself, but it seems only one person, that person being you, has setup authority.
The following link explains how to have blog posts automatically sent out in email
http://help.blogger.com/bin/answer.py?answer=41453&topic=8929. Basically we will need to create an email group with all of our emails and have the blog post sent to that email group.
If individuals choose to, each of us can also setup to make a post through email without having to log on to the blog as described here:
